    • How to increase set temperatures on Elnur PH PLUS?Untitled-1
      To increase the set temperature you will need to press and release the sun button and the display will start to flash a temperature, use the plus or minus keys to increase or decrease the temperature once happy press and release the Sun button.
    • Do I need to leave a gap above my heater?Untitled-1
      Yes, a 15cm gap needs to be left above any Electric radiator, Storage heater and Panel heaters. This is to help the convection of the radiator and prevent over heating. Unlike central heating radiators, electric radiators, storage heaters and panel heaters can not be covered as it poses a serious fire risk.
    • Can the heater just be plugged in?Untitled-1
      Our panel heaters do not come with a 3 pin plug fitted as we do like to recommend that the products are installed using a fused spur socket and wired directly into the mains supply.
    • Panel Heater PH-PLUS only showing “time” on the display?Untitled-1
      If the unit shows a time at any point then this would suggest the heater is in frost protection mode and will not work unless the room drops below 3°C. You will need to take the heater off frost mode to get it to work again. To do this press and release the frost button the unit will show on and then the current room temperature, the unit will now work to get your room to temperature.
